English Translation:

I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, from every sin I committed knowingly or unknowingly, secretly or openly, and I repent to Him from the sin that I am aware of and from the sin that I am not aware of. Surely, You are the Knower of the unseen, the Concealer of the flaws, the Forgiver of the sins, and there is no power and no strength except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great.

Roman Urdu Translation:

Main Allah se maafi maangta hoon jo mera Rab hai, har us gunaah se jo maine danista ya nadanista kiya, chup kar ya khullam khulla, aur main us se toba karta hoon har us gunaah se, jise main jaanta hoon aur jise main nahi jaanta. Yaqeenan aap ghaib ke jaan ne wale hain, aibon ko chhupaney wale, gunaahon ko maaf karne wale hain, aur koi taqat aur koi quwat nahi hai magar Allah ke sath, jo bohot buland, bohot azeem hai.
