Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Whenever you feel pain in your body, place your hand at the site of the pain and say three times:
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا فرمان ہے: ’’جسم کے جس حصے میں تکلیف ہو، اس پر اپنا ہاتھ رکھو اور تین دفعہ کہو:
بِسْمِ اللّٰہِ
“Bismillah (In the name of Allah).”
’’اللہ کے نام سے۔‘‘

Dua for Seeking Protection from Harm?
جسم میں تکلیف محسوس ہو تو کیا کہے؟
اور سات دفعہ کہو:
اَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰہِ وَقُدْرَتِہٖ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا اَجِدُ وَاُحَاذِرُ
“A’udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru.”
’’میں اللہ تعالیٰ اور اس کی قدرت کی پناہ میں آتا ہوں، اس چیز کے شر سے جو میں محسوس کرتا ہوں اور جس کا مجھے اندیشہ ہے۔‘‘
“I seek refuge in Allah and His power from the evil of what I feel and worry about.”

بیمارى سے شفا یابى کى دعا
اَنِّىْ مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَاَنْتَ اَرْحَمُ الرّٰحِمِيْنَ (۲۱:۸۳)
“Annee massaniyad-durru wa anta arhamur-raahimeen.”
ترجمہ: (اے اللہ !) مجھے تکلیف نے آلیا ہے اور آپ سب سے بڑھ کر رحم کرنے والے ہیں۔
“Verily, adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.”
جب انسان کسی سخت بیماری میں مبتلا ہو تو یہ دعا کثرت سے مانگتے رہنا چاہئے۔ اللہ تعالىٰ نے حضرت ایوب علیہ السلام کو اسی دعا کی برکت سے شفا عطا فرمائی۔
